1. Orange Lutheran (25-6): The Lancers finished second to St. John Bosco in the Trinity League, won the National High School Invitational and Boras Classic South tournaments and went 2-1 in the CIF-SS Division 1 playoffs, losing to eventual division finalist Norco.

2. Huntington Beach (22-8-1): The Oilers won the Sunset League, beat St. John Bosco and Corona in the Boras Classic South tournament and went 1-2 in the Division 1 playoffs. They play in the CIF Southern California Regional playoffs Tuesday.

3. Cypress (23-9): The Centurions won the Crestview League championship, went 3-1 in the National Classic tournament and went 2-2 in the CIF-SS Division 1 playoffs, including a 2-1 loss to division champion St. John Bosco.

4. Newport Harbor (22-10): The Sailors finished second to Huntington Beach in the Sunset League, went 5-0 in the Loara Tournament and advanced to the Division 2 semifinals, where they lost to division champion Ganesha, 2-1. They play at home Tuesday in the CIF SoCal Regional.

5. Villa Park 19-9-1: The Spartans finished second in the Crestview League, went 4-0-1 in the Loara Tournament and won 11 of its final 13 regular-season games before a one-run loss to Elsinore in the first round of the Division 2 playoffs.

6. Foothill 20-12: The Knights finished third in the Crestview League then got hot in the playoffs, including a 3-0 win over Servite, to advance to the semifinals, where they lost to Loyola, 6-3.

7. Servite 16-14: The Friars finished third in the Trinity League after winning league series against JSerra and Santa Margarita. They beat Empire League champion Costa Mesa in the first round of the CIF-SS Division 2 playoffs before losing to Foothill in the second round.

8. Mater Dei 13-15: The Monarchs tied for fourth place in the Trinity League, finished in third place in the Boras Classic South tournament, including a win over Newport Harbor. They did not qualify for the CIF-SS playoffs.

9. Santa Margarita 16-14: The Eagles went 4-11 in the Trinity League and finish sixth in the six-team league. They beat South Coast League champion Trabuco Hills, Division 2 semifinalist Foothill and Division 2 finalist Loyola in nonleague games. They lost to Elsinore in the first round of the Division 2 playoffs.

10. JSerra 11-17: The Lions tied for fourth place in the Trinity League, finished the regular season with a four-game winning streak including a three-game league sweep of Santa Margarita. They beat Corona in the Boras Classic South tournament and did not qualify for the playoffs.
