When a 39-year-old woman dropped off her 45-year-old boyfriend for a probation appointment in Simi Valley, police, because the vehicle was registered to him and could be searched under his probation terms, looked and found two kilograms of ketamine and $8,000, authorities said.

They were both arrested on suspicion of possession and transportation of ketamine for sale on May 29, according to the Simi Valley Police Department.

Authorities then searched their San Clemente home and storage units.

At the couple’s home on the 600 block of Calle Del Cerrito, detectives said they found over 100,000 pills, nearly 50 pounds of various drugs and thousands of dollars in cash, gold and silver.
