Breed: French bulldog

Age: 5 years

Sex: Spayed female

Size: About 17 pounds

Cleo’s story: Cleo had several ear infections and a mass that was obstructing one ear. She was a real trooper during her medical care, including treating her ears, spaying her and a procedure to make it easier for her to breathe. Despite all of that, she is doing really well. She likely will always have some of the allergy issues so typical of the breed, but she is so sweet, fun and social that she is worth the effort. She loves attention, her ball, playing with toys and being with her people. Although they are popular, Frenchies are not for the average dog owner, as they require special care. But if you know and love this breed, Cleo could be just the pup for you. And – bonus! – she’s small enough to carry!
