The shooting occurred Sunday, June 14, in the 13900 block of Tustin East Drive, Tustin police said.

Officers arrived and found 22-year-old Cristhian Cruz of Tustin on the south side of the street suffering from a gunshot wound, police said. Cruz was taken to Orange County Global Medical Center but died.

Police learned Cruz was attempting to sell the luxury item on an online site and agreed to meet the men, police said.
