Orange County had 58 million-dollar ZIP codes in the three months that ended in March – one more than a year earlier.

There were 4,022 sales in the period in communities with five or more sales and a median selling price of $1 million, says Attom data. That’s flat with the previous year. These seven-figure ZIPs accounted for 76% of countywide sales. The busiest million-dollar ZIP was Irvine 92618 with 177 sales.
New to the million-dollar club were: Foothill Ranch 92610, Midway City 92655, Anaheim 92806 and Cypress 90630. Falling below a $1 million median? Tustin 92780, Anaheim 92808 and Santa Ana 92706.
There were 24 ZIPs with prices under $1 million. Sales totaled 1,255 – down 11% from a year ago. The busiest sub-million ZIP was Rancho Santa Margarita 92688 with 113 sales.

All sales countywide at a median price of $1.2 million – up 0.4% in a year, with 5,299 sales – off 3% over 12 months.
