The four-story, 4,719-square-foot residence near China Cove Beach has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It belongs to Amy Sexton, a luxury lifestyle influencer and podcaster.
Sexton bought the property through her limited liability company, Pacific Coast Home Reveal LLC, in May 2023 for $5.5 million. She launched a three-year project with architect Chris Light and interior designer Jeffrey Maynard to replace a 1950s home that previously stood shoulder to shoulder with its neighbors on this 3,485-square-foot parcel.
“We truly built it as a second dream home … but decided to sell,” Sexton, who also owns a home in Laguna Beach, said in an Instagram post.
Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the home’s main level features a great room with a fireplace, a bar and expansive doors leading to a front ocean-facing patio.
In the kitchen, Arabescato marble and steel surfaces pair with custom walnut cabinetry by Italy’s The Davani Group and fully integrated Gaggenau appliances. A walk-in pantry completes the space.

An elevator connects all levels, including an upstairs primary suite with a fireplace, a sitting area and a spa-inspired bathroom featuring Calacatta marble, Nero Marquina floors and a steam shower with unobstructed views. The suite’s walk-in closet has its own laundry, one of two in the home.
On the lower level, a multipurpose lounge and temperature-controlled wine cellar sit adjacent to a junior primary suite and a wellness retreat pre-wired for a sauna.
The rooftop terrace offers a Casa Blui spa, pop-up TV and loggia, while a two-car garage and a private carport offer parking for up to five vehicles and a golf cart.
John Stanaland of The Agency holds the listing.
