Sky’s story: Sky is a bright, athletic and affectionate young terrier with a zest for life. She loves fetch, squeaky toys, training games, walks and exploring the world. Smart and food-motivated, she’s eager to learn and is making great progress with her training and house manners in foster care. She sleeps quietly in her crate at night and enjoys spending her days playing, learning and chewing on her favorite toys. Sky gets along with other dogs but would do best as an only dog or with a calm canine companion. Because she can be bouncy and enthusiastic when excited, a home with teens or older children and a secure yard would be best. Sky is looking for an active family that will provide structure, consistency and plenty of opportunities for fun and adventure.
