This free festival runs both days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be live entertainment from local bands at the Community Center Lot at 12th Street and Pacific Coast Highway.

Some 150 arts and crafts booths will offer handmade items for sale on the grassy area between Broadway to 7th Street, and galleries will be open. Kids can play in the kid zone, including a petting zoo and activities just for them on 7th Street. Food trucks will be available.

You can park-and-shuttle at Peter’s Landing and also at the parking lot at the end of Warner Avenue, with regular shuttle buses transporting you to the festival. The festival is sponsored by Las Damas, a women’s nonprofit promoting the arts, philanthropy and education. Las Damas was founded in May 1948 and put on the Beachcomber’s Carnival, a forerunner of the Sunset Beach Art Festival, in July of that year. Sunset Beach, a formerly unincorporated stretch of coastline, was annexed into the city of Huntington Beach in 2011.
