1. Orange Lutheran 18-4: The Lancers won twice in their three-game series against Santa Margarita in the Trinity League, including a 5-1 win in eight innings.

2. Huntington Beach 18-5-1: The Oilers won their first two Sunset League games against Los Alamitos, 6-3 and 4-2, before losing the series finale, 7-4, for their first league loss.
