Between Monday night, May 11, and Friday morning, May 15, closures of the 605 Freeway will start as early as 9 p.m. and last through 5 a.m. the next day.

Up to two lanes will be closed in both directions of the 605 from Telegraph Road to the 10 Freeway for an equipment-moving operation from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night from Monday through next Friday.

Between Monday and next Thursday, up to three lanes of the 605 will be closed in both directions between Ramona Boulevard and the 210 Freeway between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., and again from 10 p.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Saturday.

The eastbound and westbound Arrow Highway on-ramps to the northbound 605 will also be closed during those days and hours as will the Lower Azusa Road and Live Oak Avenue on-ramps to the southbound 605.

All ramps will be closed sequentially as work progresses, with no two consecutive ramps closed at the same time.

Motorists are encouraged to use the 710 Freeway or 5 Freeway as alternate routes.

The work is part of the $260 million Super 605 corridor project to rehabilitate the 605 from Long Beach to the San Gabriel Valley.
