A hot dog encased in cake dough, fried and topped with parmesan and garlic, will require a handful of extra napkins at Honda Center this season. So might a dish of beer cheese-laced pulled pork atop a base of Hawaiian bread.

Both are among the new additions to the arena’s food roster for the Anaheim Ducks’ 2026-27 season, along with orange-hued lasagna, a nearly 16-inch buñuelos and a biscuit-topped bucket of fried chicken intended to feed four.
Executive chef Cesar Regalado and his culinary team are putting their spin on familiar concession foods with some dishes borrowing from breakfast and others offering a new take on dessert. When asked to pick one new item for fans to try, Regalado pointed to the Griddle Double Stacker, his take on the emblematic McGriddle.
This season’s menu also includes grilled chicken and vegetables, fish and chips and a fruit-filled sandwich. New beers, cocktails and alcohol-free options are coming too, with additional bars scheduled to open later this season.
Here’s what’s new with concession stands and section numbers from the arena’s announcement to help you find it all in between periods on the ice.

The Golden Dog: Quick Snacks (section 421). One of my two top favorite bites, this newfangled take on a hot dog features an all-beef frank wrapped in cake dough and fried, then finished with garlic and a dusting of parmesan. The cake dough coating doesn’t give off county fair vibes; instead it’s surprisingly balanced, with the garlic and cheese shining through.
Pork & Roll: Arena Classics (section 434). A Hawaiian bread base holds pulled pork, beer cheese, green and crispy onions, plus jalapeño sour cream and mustard. A substantial dish that also joins sweet and savory elements. Best of all, the bread base soaks up the savory juices. Divinely decadent. My second-favorite bite.
Fish & Chips: Arena Classics (section 434). Fried fish comes with fries in addition to the concessions. “We batter our fish too,” said Regalado.
Fun Bucket: Arena Classics (section 434). This shareable bucket holds eight pieces of fried chicken, eight corn wheels and a pound of potato wedges, all of which gets covered with biscuits. Gravy and coleslaw served alongside the mighty dish. “It’s intended to feed around four people,” Regalado said.
Griddle Double Stacker: Slap Shot Grill (second 441). Two burger patties and two slices of American cheese get maple-infused pancake buns made by the culinary team. Maple bacon jam and garlic aioli complete the burger. “So, we’re making those in-house,” said Regalado of the pancakes. He said he and his team spent nearly two months working to perfect the dish.

Orange Lasagna: Express Eats (section 411). An ode to the county, not the citrus. According to Regalado, a customer kept asking about a 50-layer lasagna once served at one of the arena’s restaurants. That request helped bring a new lasagna to a more convenient grab-and-go location. Made from scratch, it bears a sauce that Regalado likened to a vodka sauce with orange peppers supplying the titular color.

Schiacciata Sweet Sandwich: Anaheim Pizza Co. (section 203). Nutella is paired with fresh banana and strawberry slices in this dessert sandwich.
Buñuelos: Blue Line Taqueria (section 219). This cinnamon-spiked, Mexican dessert measures nearly 16 inches across. It comes with cajeta caramel, piloncillo syrup, and Abuelita hot chocolate ganache. Regalado described the familiar version of a buñuelo as a “dough with cinnamon sugar.” Excellent chew, not too sweet.

Chicken Tender Tacos: Arena Classics (section 219). Just as the name suggests, a soft taco filled with chicken tenders, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and cheddar. A house sauce finishes the tacos. Strong Snack Wrap vibes — a compliment of the highest order.
Mediterranean Bowl: Quick Snacks (section 402). Grilled chicken marinated in yogurt comes with turmeric rice, roasted bell peppers, zucchini and tomato. It also comes with garlicky toum and tzatziki sauces. A great option for fans seeking a lighter, healthier dish.
Other new additions include a classic Italian sandwich, burritos, a protein bowl, shrimp and chips, gumbo, beignets and loaded pretzels.
For drinks, Honda Center is adding Coors Banquet, Coors Light and Coors 0.0, Modelo and Pacifico. The self-serve Blue Moon Draft Picks at section 424 will pour Coors Light, Coors Banquet, Blu Moon and Blue Moon Mango Wheat, among other suds.
At section 415, the Tito’s Handmade Vodka space offers cocktails, mocktails, beer and wine. Its Lemon Puck Drop combines vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, triple sec and Sprite. Penalty Punch mixes vodka with pineapple, orange and cranberry juices and grenadine. Both cocktails come in souvenir cups.
Also of note, another menu is in the works for around February, according to Regalado. The team tries to space out menu changes every two or three months, giving fans more new dishes to look for as the season continues.
