Sited at the end of a gated driveway on more than three-quarters of an acre, the 2010 build was completely redesigned by the previous owner during the COVID-19 pandemic with a focus on wellness and modern luxury, all powered by home automation systems for easy living.
A stone walkway leads to an oversized, arched door and into the open-concept space. The double-height foyer anchors a curved staircase that creates a natural alcove for a grand piano and climbs to the second-floor mezzanine.
Straight ahead, a vanishing glass wall opens to the loggia and the infinity-edge pool beyond, backed by ocean views.
The gourmet kitchen has high-end appliances and two islands. It flows into the great room, where a glass wall extends the combined living and dining areas out onto the terrace.

LaVine, 31, is a 6-foot 5-inch shooting guard for the Sacramento Kings. Over his 12-season career, he’s gone from a dunk specialist to a top scorer, earning two NBA All-Star selections and an Olympic gold medal with Team USA. He spent eight seasons with the Chicago Bulls before being traded to Sacramento in 2025.
Despite facing several injury setbacks, including a season-ending hand surgery in February 2026, he has a player option worth $48.9 million for the next season on which he must decide by the June 29 deadline.
