• Empty sandbags: available at any Newport Beach fire station or at Lifeguard Headquarters, 70 Newport Pier.

Laguna Beach 

• Prefilled sandbags for Laguna Beach residents: ACT V Parking Lot (Lot 16), 1900 Laguna Canyon Road
• Aliso Beach East Parking Lot, 31132 S. Coast Highway
• Empty sandbags to fill: available at all four Laguna Beach fire stations:
