Noteworthy: He won the 200- and 500-yard freestyle races at the CIF-SS Division 1 championships in the fastest times in Orange County this season. His 200 time was 1 minute, 34.70 seconds and his 500 time was 4:22.85. Maksymowski also anchored Northwood’s victorious 400 free relay in 2:58.81 seconds, the third-fastest time in county history. The Timberwolves finished in second place in the team standings. He is committed to USC.
