There were 4,314 sales in the period in communities with five or more sales, and a median selling price of $1 million, according to Attom data. That’s off 2% versus the previous year.
These seven-figure ZIPs accounted for 73% of countywide sales. The busiest million-dollar ZIP was Irvine 92618 with 200 sales.
New to the million-dollar club were: Placentia 92870, Midway City 92655, Anaheim 92806, Garden Grove 92845 and 92841, and Fullerton 92831.
Falling below the seven-figure threshold were Santa Ana 92706 and Laguna Hills 92653.

There were 24 ZIPs with prices under $1 million. Sales totaled 1,560, down 2% over the year. The busiest sub-million ZIP was La Habra, 90631, with 134 sales.
The entire county had a median price of $1.18 million — up 1% in a year, with 5,885 sales — off 2% over 12 months.
