As an actress, she faced the constant pressure of being camera-ready while also coping with personal and family health challenges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChange is really hard,\u201d she said. \u201cYour habits shape your future, and small changes now lead to big transformations later.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Keen rejects the quick-fix mentality that dominates much of the wellness industry.<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cMy mother was on a thousand diets,\u201d she said. \u201cNone of them worked because they were too extreme. It\u2019s not about restriction. If it doesn\u2019t taste good, you\u2019re not going to maintain it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>DelaBarre arrived at nutrition through a different path. Trained as a dancer, she became fascinated by the connection between food, strength and healing. But she is quick to acknowledge that even the healthiest meal plan won\u2019t succeed if people don\u2019t enjoy eating it.<\/p>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<p>That\u2019s where Wallake comes in. Growing up in a family shaped by her Hungarian grandmother\u2019s rich cooking, Wallake developed an early appreciation for food. While modeling and traveling, she began searching for ways to recreate beloved family dishes with a healthier twist.<\/p>\n<p>The journey eventually led to a food blog and cookbook.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI wanted recipes that have purpose and health benefits,\u201d she said, \u201capproachable, everyday recipes that are clean, delicious and fun.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wallake also believes food is about more than nutrition, she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat I\u2019ve learned over time is that it doesn\u2019t matter how far from home you\u2019ve traveled,\u201d she writes in her cookbook, \u201cBeauty in the Bite.\u201d \u201cIt\u2019s important to keep home in your heart. Our history defines us. Everyone has a story. And quite often, it\u2019s food that connects us to that history.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Together, the three women represent what may be the secret to their program\u2019s appeal: DelaBarre brings the science, Wallake brings the flavor and Keen brings the mindset.<\/p>\n<p>As for that avocado chocolate mousse, it demonstrates their philosophy in a single spoonful.
