But this is the first time he has led the overall voting. He is the third Dodger to lead All-Star voting since the balloting was returned to the fans in 1970. Davey Lopes led in 1980 and Cody Bellinger in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Finalists at each position were also announced and the Dodgers are well represented there.<\/p>\n<p>Dodgers catcher Will Smith (currently on the injured list) and Atlanta\u2019s Drake Baldwin are the finalists at catcher for the NL team. Freddie Freeman and another Brave, Matt Olson, are the finalists at first base. Mookie Betts and Washington\u2019s C.J. Atlanta\u2019s Ronald Acu\u00f1a Jr. and Michael Harris II are also finalists along with New York Mets outfielder Juan Soto and Philadelphia\u2019s Brandon Marsh.<\/p>\n<p>Pages, Freeman and Muncy were the top vote-getters at their positions during Phase\u00a01 of the voting.<\/p>\n<p>The second phase of voting begins Monday at 9\u00a0a.m. PT and will determine the rest of the starting lineups.
