A rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen offers 270-degree views.<\/p>\n<p>Records show 2928 Ocean Blvd LLC, a Florida entity formed in August 2020 just weeks ahead of the transaction, closed on the home for $21.25 million that September.<\/p>\n<p>The 2020 transaction caught the early wave of a historic pandemic-era real estate surge. A private office and guest accommodations add to the level.<\/p>\n<p>The primary suite is upstairs under a vaulted ceiling.
