Five years after opening, Rodeo 39 Public Market in Stanton has turned over a new slate of vendors as initial leases expired, ushering in a bevy of new eats ranging from Korean egg sandos to a spinoff of a popular San Juan Capistrano spot.<\/p>

The following spots are currently open, the bulk of which opened their doors in late 2025 and early 2026:<\/p>\n

Among the most notable additions will be Pepper Lunch<\/strong>, the international teppanyaki concept salted for a June opening. Known for its cook-it-yourself format, the chain serves meats, rice and vegetables on scotching iron plates, letting diners finish the dish tableside. The format has helped the brand scale to hundreds of locations worldwide, including a few miles south in Irvine.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the complex, the incoming class spans a wide range. Eggyo<\/strong> hones in on Korean-style egg sandos built on plush milk bread, with fillings like bulgogi, hash brown and soft eggs, alongside yuzu alt breads and ube pastries. Also, don\u2019t miss out on the corn dogs.<\/p>\n

Goldfish OC<\/strong> leans into a Baja-influenced seafood menu of ceviche, aguachiles and uni, plus dishes like kanpachi tostadas and grilled branzino. Nearby, LA Street Eats<\/strong> channels its namesake city\u2019s sidewalk vendors with a menu of birria ramen, loaded potatoes and stuffed tortas.<\/p>

From San Juan Capistrano, Lil Breezy<\/strong>, a spinoff of Breezy, brings Filipino and Pacific Island flavors northward, with dishes like adobo breakfast burritos, loco moco and ube French toast, as well as garlic-soy wings and, but of course, smashburgers. While Plus 57 Colombian Cuisine<\/strong>, a family-run concept, offers more traditional fare like empanadas arepas and larger-format plates like bandeja paisa.<\/p>\n
