Matt Nunley said.<\/p>\n<p>The woman died at the scene, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses told police they saw a man wearing all black clothing who fled in a car, Nunley said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Police Department is maintaining a heavy presence in the area;
