The JSerra and Rosary girls track and field teams won division titles at the CIF-SS Championships on Saturday at Moorpark High School.<\/p>\n

Both teams won by large margins.<\/p>\n

JSerra\u2019s girls won a team championship for the fourth consecutive year. The Lions captured the Division 3 title with 126 points as second-place Calabasas finished with 65 points.<\/p>\n

Rosary\u2019s girls won the Division 4 championship with 113 points. Foothill Technology was second with 29 points.<\/p>\n

JSerra won the 4\u00d7800 girls relay in 9 minutes, 21.21 seconds.<\/p>\n

JSerra junior Reese Holley won the Division 3 1,600 meters in 4 minutes, 44.28 seconds, which is her best time this season.<\/p>\n

Holley and her teammate Chloe Elbaz finished 1-2 in the 800. Holley was first at 2:09.99. Elbaz completed the distance in 2:10.39. Yorba Linda senior Isabella Wroblewski was third at 2:10.85.<\/p>\n

JSerra got 10 points, too, from senior Helena Reuter\u2019s first-place finish in the pole vault with a clearance of 12 feet, 1 inch. JSerra\u2019s Adi Rusin was second (11-7) and Orange Lutheran\u2019s Taylor Tukeshi third (11-1).<\/p>\n

JSerra\u2019s Kai Beary won the Division 3 shot put with her mark of 36 feet, 6 inches. She edged Esperanza\u2019s Farida Abbis, whose best throw was 36-5.5.<\/p>\n

Servite\u2019s boys finished second in the Division 3 team standings. The Friars totaled 71.5 points. Notre Dame of Sherman Oaks finished first with 95 points.<\/p>\n

A set of twins for Rosary \u2014 the Faison sisters \u2014 and a set of twins for Servite \u2014 the Wells brothers \u2014 were big contributors Saturday.<\/p>\n

Jada Faison won the Division 4 long jump with her leap of 19-1.75. Amaya Faison won the triple jump with her mark of 37-3.5 inches. The Faison sisters signed with Cal for soccer.<\/p>\n

Rosary sophomore Maliyah Collins won the 100 and 200 in Division 4. She won the 200 with a wind-aided time of 23.41 seconds. Collins set the county record in the 200 this season with a wind-legal 23.35.<\/p>\n

Collins won the 100 in a wind-aided 11.47.<\/p>\n

Rosary also won the 4\u00d7400 relay in Division 4 with a time of 3:47.63.<\/p>\n

Servite\u2019s 4\u00d7100 relay team won the Division 3 race with a CIF-SS finals record time of 39.89 seconds. The Friars\u2019 foursome of junior Benjamin Harris, sophomore Kamil Pelovello and sophomores Jace and Jorden Wells set the state record of 39.70 earlier this season.<\/p>\n

The Friars also set a Division 3 record in the 4\u00d7400 relay with a time of 3:11.05.<\/p>\n

Servite sophomore Jaelen Hunter won the Division 3 400 with his time of 46.36 seconds. That\u2019s the third-best time in county history. Chip Rish of Marina ran it in a converted time of 45.7.<\/p>\n

Hunter has the No. 2 time of 46.32 that he produced last year.<\/p>\n

Later it was Harris\u2019 turn for some solo flash. He won the Division 3 100 in a wind-aided 10.18. His 10.27 earlier this season is the No. 2 time in California this season.<\/p>\n

Then Harris won the 200 in a wind-aided 20.51, the fastest time in the state this year under all conditions.<\/p>\n

Aliso Niguel senior Jaslene Massey added more highlights to her outstanding high school career. In Division 1, she won the shot put (48-11.5) and discus (180-2) titles.<\/p>\n

The Orange County leader in the 800, JSerra senior Alden Morales, won the Division 3 800 in a time of 1 minute, 52.07 seconds.<\/p>\n

JSerra\u2019s boys 4\u00d7800 relay team was victorious, winning in 7:47.59.<\/p>\n

Cassidy Nguyen of Los Alamitos was the Division 1 girls pole vault champion with a clearance of 12-10.<\/p>\n

Seniors Olivia Smyth of Santa Margarita and Natalie McCarty of Newport Harbor finished 1-2 in the Division 2 300 hurdles. Smyth\u2019s time was 42.61 seconds, McCarty\u2019s 42.78.<\/p>\n

McCarty earlier won the Division 2 high jump with her clearance of 5 feet, 6 inches.<\/p>\n

Orange County runners Gweneth Williams of El Toro and Santa Margarita\u2019s Carol Dye battled it out in the girls Division 2 1,600. Williams won in a time of 4:51.05, while Dye crossed the finish line in 4:51.88.<\/p>\n

Mater Dei senior Eden Murray, who was Orange County\u2019s leader in the 100 this season, won the Division 2 100 with a wind-aided 11.56. Her time of 11.68 earlier this season is the No. 1 wind-legal time in Orange County this season.<\/p>\n

Orange County had two girls win discus titles. Chloe Hudson of Villa Park won in Division 2 with a throw of 146 feet. Mission Viejo\u2019s Morgan Sikes took the Division 3 title with a mark of 122-2.<\/p>\n

Orange County polo vault leader Noah Richardson of Crean Lutheran won the Division 3 championship a clearance of 14 feet, 11 inches.<\/p>\n

Aliso Niguel\u2019s Dane Malloy was a double winner. In Division 1, he won the long jump (23-7.25) and the triple jump (49-0.75).<\/p>\n

Irvine senior Summer Wilson won the Division 2 and 3 combined 3,200 with a run of 10 minutes, 23.01 seconds, the sixth-best time in California this season. It was only the third time she has competed in the 3,200 this season.<\/p>\n

Wilson is the county leader this season in the 1,600 but did not compete in that distance Saturday.<\/p>\n

Next up on the CIF track and field schedule is the CIF-SS Masters Meet next Saturday at Moorpark High School followed by the CIF State Championships the following week at Buchanan High in Clovs.<\/p>\n
