Third-year wing Jordan Miller signed a three-year, $15.3 million contract to stay with the Clippers on Friday, per ESPN, completing a move that was anticipated.

Miller, a 6-foot-5 restricted free agent, has slowly become a fixture on the Clippers’ roster, overcoming a bumpy career path that at times found him bouncing between the club and the G League.
The second-round pick out of the University of Miami initially signed a four-year, $8.3 million deal, spending much of his first season in the G League, where he starred. He averaged 22.5 points 6.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists.
His play earned him a standard contract the following season, which included more than $1 million for the final six weeks of the 2024-25 NBA season. He made 37 total appearances for the Clippers, averaging 4.1 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.9 assists.
But in a cost-cutting move, Miller was waived by the Clippers last July. Miller would have been owed a partial guarantee of $350,000 had he remained on the roster past July 15.

Undaunted, Miller played for the Clippers’ Summer League team, where he posted 7.6 points on 50.0% shooting, 2.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists over 20 games.
The Clippers bought him back on another two-way contract this season, but in February, his deal was converted to a standard two-year contract.
Miller averaged 10 points on 53% shooting from the field last season, posting double-digit scoring in 20 of his final 26 games.
