Vacationers planning their next trip to Disneyland during the winter holidays or early next year only have a couple weeks to lock in lower prices before the Anaheim theme park hikes ticket prices in what has become a dismaying annual tradition.

Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are expected to raise ticket prices in October by 3% to 9% based on recent history.
“What this means is that now is a really good time to plan your next Disneyland visit and get your tickets sorted if possible,” according to MousePlanet. “Every year we see vacation planners scramble in the days after a price hike to find tickets at the old prices.”

Disneyland used to raise ticket prices in February before the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, the annual price hikes have happened in October — Oct. 11 in 2022 and 2023, Oct. 9 in 2024 and Oct. 8 in 2025.
MousePlanet forecasts Disneyland will raise ticket prices on Oct. 7 this year based on recent history.
MickeyVisit also leans toward Oct. 7 for the 2026 ticket price hike while also floating Oct. 6 as a possibility.
Disneyland currently has ticket prices posted through May 2027 on the park’s website.
Since 2020, Disneyland’s top tier one-day prices have risen annually 3.3% to 9.1% for a single park admission and 3.4% to 9.2% annually for a parkhopper ticket.

Starting in 2016, Disneyland switched to a demand-based pricing system with tickets divided into tiers. The number of tiers has increased from three in 2016 ($95 to $119) to five in 2020 ($104 to $154), six in 2021 ($104 to $164) and seven in 2022 ($104 to $179).

In 2025, Disneyland raised prices on the top tier tickets to $224 for a single day/single park admission and $314 for a parkhopper ticket.
The lowest-priced one day/one park ticket has remained unchanged at $104 since 2019. The cheapest one-day parkhopper ticket climbed to $174 in 2025.
Ticket prices for Disneyland and Disney California Adventure increased an average of 3.3% in 2025.
The Disneyland resort provides a wide variety of ticket, dining and hotel options along with promotional offers throughout the year to help visitors save money, according to Disneyland officials.
