Ranking the top linemen in Orange County going into the 2026 high school football season:
TOP LINEMEN
1. Lex Mailangi, Mater Dei, Sr.: Mailangi (6-3, 360) is a versatile and physical offensive lineman with a proven track record. The Oregon commit earned his second consecutive first-team All-County honor last fall after playing tackle, guard and center. Mailangi excels at pulling from his right guard position. The first-team All-Trinity League selection knows how to finish his blocks.
2. Jeremiah Williams, Tustin, Sr.: Williams’ athleticism for his size makes him unique. The BYU commit shines at defensive tackle and running back/fullback. Last season, Williams (6-2, 310) racked up a team-leading 24 tackles for loss, five sacks and rushed for seven touchdowns. “He’s a freak athlete,” Tustin coach Anthony Lopez said the Delta League MVP and first-team All-County selection.
3. Jon Ioane, Tustin, Sr.: Ioane (6-3, 280) is a two-way lineman who combines his power and quickness. On defense, the Washington commit can shed blockers, dive for tackles or send a ballcarrier flying to the turf. On offense, Ioane’s footwork and strength provide protection from his right tackle spot. Like Williams, Ioane has the athleticism to play a skill position on offense. He has played quarterback and tight end.
4. Isaia Vandermade, Santa Margarita, Sr.: Vandermade (6-4, 290) surges into 2026 after racking up eight sacks in four postseason games last season for the CIF State champion. The USC committed defensive lineman finished with 13.5 tackles for loss. Vandermade, who earned first-team All-County last season, is the son of former USC offensive lineman Lenny Vandermade (Mater Dei), the Eagles’ offensive coordinator.
5. Lucas Rhoa, Orange Lutheran, Sr.: The Texas commit is a massive offensive tackle who can move. The Lancers have used Rhoa (6-5, 300) as a blocker in motion. He is also versatile enough to excel in pass protection and play center. First-year coach Ray Fenton said Rhoa is a strong leader for the offensive line.
6. Drew Fielder, Servite, Sr.: Fielder (6-6, 295) is an up-and-coming left tackle who received heavy interest from colleges in the offseason. The USC commit is a former tight end who made second-team All-Trinity League last season. Fielder is an aggressive blocker with excellent footwork and long arms.

7. Austin Attalah, Orange Lutheran, Jr.: Attalah, who recently transferred from Cajon, is a touted offensive tackle. He’s 6-foot-7, 305 pounds, moves well and blocks to dominate. He is the consensus No. 1 prospect in the state for the Class of 2028.
8. Keiden Lokeni, Servite, Jr.: Lokeni (6-3, 320) is set to transition to center from right guard. The second-team All-Trinity League selection is a well-rounded blocker who creates lanes for runners and stands up to the pass rush.
9. Lincoln Fa’alafi, JSerra, Jr.: The Bishop Montgomery transfer is a 6-foot-8 and 360-pound offensive lineman. He holds offers from USC, UCLA, Notre Dame, Ohio State and Alabama among others.
10T. Amaziah Siale, Mission Viejo, Sr.: Siale is another gigantic offensive tackle to watch. The LSU commit is 6-foot-7 and 330 pounds. Siale, who transferred from Hawaii during last season, is slatted to play left tackle. He has shown powerful blocking and impressive agility on film.
10T. Dylan Felli, Mission Viejo, Sr.: Felli (6-3, 275) doesn’t have the college recruiting profile of the other linemen on this list but has earned respect among county coaches. A third-team All-County selection last season, Felli is expected to shift this fall to left guard from left tackle. University of San Diego and Montana have offered Felli, who is a strong drive blocker on run plays.
10T. Nasir Walker, Crean Lutheran, Jr.: Walker (6-6, 235) is a defensive end who arrived late in the summer from A.C. Flora in South Carolina. As a sophomore, he recorded 104 tackles and 12 sacks to emerge as one of the top Class of 2028 prospects in South Carolina. He holds numerous college offers, including South Carolina, Florida State and UCLA.
