Known as the Dreamer Estate, the desert residence spans 4,029 square feet across a main house and a guest house, called Lil’ Dreamer. They offer a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Completed in 2024 on a 3.83-acre site that was once a date grove, the property is significantly larger than any of the 16 architectural home sites now being developed on the former Frank Sinatra ranch across the street.

Stone, a Palm Springs native whose earlier designs appear as backdrops in fashion house campaigns and glossy fashion magazine spreads, described his unconventional aesthetic as California Chicano Futurism. He compared the wide-pitched roof, which slopes down to the ground, to “a dropped lowrider.” It features four shades of shimmering, metallic-silver-glazed pottery tiles and gold-coated air-conditioning unit boxes.

Inside, the design is just as bold.

The great room ushers in the outdoors with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that frame the surrounding desert landscape and San Jacinto Mountains. Mirrored ceiling panels reflect the scenery, creating an immersive experience. Wall panels and green carpeting echo the multi-shaped breeze block wall and the artificial grass that intersect the half-Olympic-length pool and grounds.

In the kitchen, silver crocodile-embossed leather cabinetry pairs with custom stainless hardware. The design is a nod to traditional Japanese tansu storage chests and ’90s-era Miu Miu by Miuccia Prada’s frequent use of lizard-embossed leather.

A kelly-green accent wall in the primary bedroom anchors the sleeping space, surrounded by open floor-to-ceiling glass, and the bathroom’s built-in vanity echoes the kitchen’s tansu-inspired cabinets. Just outside the primary suite sits a patio with a fire pit.

The two-bedroom guest house includes a private entrance, kitchen and living space that opens to a patio.

A valet setup and service entrance for hosting events of up to 200 people was put to the test in March 2026, when the spacious compound hosted a sold-out Palm Desert Food and Wine tasting reception.
