You can try one at Habit Burger & Grill, which will launch a Korean street menu by celebrity chef Jet Tila on Wednesday, July 22.

Tila has begun a residency called “Habit & Co.” at the Irvine-based chain.
“We really want to make this genuine and authentic, and there was only one person we wanted to kick this off with,” Jack Lettenmair, director of brand marketing, said at a preview last week in Pasadena.
Tila is a Los Angeles native, a nominee for a James Beard Foundation Award in 2020 and a multiple Daytime Emmy nominee. He has appeared on several Food Network programs.
Tila introduced three items at the event.
The burger is called Sweet & Spicy Korean Char with Bacon and Onion Tanglers and features a chargrilled beef patty with American cheese, bacon, onion tangles, garlic aioli and sweet and spicy sauce on a toasted brioche bun.
Korean Fried Chicken Bites features chicken that is double-breaded in a spice blend, tossed in a sweet and spicy glaze and topped with everything bagel seasoning. It will be served with house-made buttermilk ranch dip.

A Crispy Rice Korean Salad features chargrilled chicken breast, romaine lettuce, cabbage slaw, egg, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion with crispy rice and everything-bagel seasoning. It will be served with sweet and spicy dressing.
The menu will be available through Sept. 15 and followed by other eight-week residencies through January 2027, according to a news release.
Habit also recently transformed its Echo Park restaurant into a Los Angeles Dodgers hangout. The location is at 2134 W. Sunset Blvd., not far from Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
