A blufftop Laguna Beach home renovated by its previous owner, the late actress Diane Keaton, is on the market for $10.3 million.

The 2,698-square-foot residence, built in 1976 directly above Table Rock Beach, has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a multilevel interior with ocean views. Neighboring a large condominium complex, it sits off a private road on a long, narrow triangular lot that measures more than a third of an acre near a community staircase for beach access.
A property record viewed on PropertyShark.com shows that in August 2022, the Arizona-based entity Laguna Beach Residence LLC — which shares a business address with the aerospace company Turbo Resources International — purchased the renovated property for $7.9 million from actress Diane Keaton, who was acting as the trustee under her legal name, Diane Hall.
Keaton, who died in October 2025 at 79, won a best actress Oscar for her performance in the 1977 film “Annie Hall.” Also known for her roles in “The Godfather” trilogy, “Reds” and “Something’s Gotta Give,” she became a fashion icon of menswear-inspired style and developed a second career renovating and selling homes.
According to Brooke Wainwright of Luxre Realty, this was Keaton’s last renovation project in Laguna Beach.
Records show Keaton owned the property since October 2021, when she bought it for $6.6 million. City building permits show she made several improvements, including fireplace renovations, a kitchen backsplash, decorative brickwork, upgraded lighting and electrical fixtures and alterations to the heating system.
Renovations also included a new roof and the replacement of a rotted section of fencing.

The Southern California News Group previously reported that Keaton listed the home for $8.8 million in May 2022, dropping the asking price by $300,000 a month later. It sold 7% below its last $8.5 million asking price.
Wainwright said the current owner has kept nearly everything intact, just as Keaton designed it.
The home’s exterior still combines white shingle siding and stucco with black trim. Inside, steps lead down from the foyer to the kitchen with a dining area.
Black-and-white pendant lights hang beneath a vaulted ceiling that extends over the lower-level living area, where a black brick fireplace anchors the space. Sliding glass doors open to an attached deck overlooking the beach.
The home has three decks, including a larger, covered terrace off the primary bedroom suite and another with a kitchen with a built-in barbecue, separate sink and bar seating.
